Follow Friday 11

Q. How has your reading habits changed since you were a teen? or If you are still a teen what new genres are you in love with currently?

I honestly don't think my reading habbits have changed. Although I think I read more adult ficition when I was younger. Especially loved Anne Rice and Anita Blake, and some of the classics like Catch 22 and Brave New World. I tend to read more YA these days though. I'm not sure what that says about my mentality. Possibly i'm regressing as i get older.  I'd love to go back to age 11 and do it all again.

Happy Friday!

New follower of yours, I get what you're saying, I used to read Adult books all the time when I was younger, and as I get old I progressed to Young Adult books :S

  8. LOL! I think a lot of people feel this way. I think it has a lot to do with the amount of YA books being published. It's the "in" thing or something. I just know I'm loving it.

  12. I'm the same way! In middle school and my first few years in high school, I read mostly adult fiction! And now I read almost only YA. Ha!

  17. Thanks for stoppin by my blog. I couldn't make earlier. I had a busy weekend resulting in massive sleep deprivation.

It's really funny. I too read so much Anne Rice in my mide/late teens. Over all I read a lot more grown-up/classic literature then. Now reading is supposed to be fun and relaxing an dI don't want to torture myself with Kafka & Co.

    I'm a new follower.
